Wiegand multi-effect falling-film evaporator for dairy / liquid concentration — rated about 4,000 kg water evaporation per hour.
Stainless steel calandrias / effect vessels (numbered 1–3 on the plant photos) with vapour columns, interconnecting pipework and associated fittings. Gallery also includes original process drawings (P&ID / plant arrangement) from a STEAP Stailor–Nicolait job for a Lactalis-related dairy line (plans e.g. 003842 & 010522, revisions 2001–2006). Schematics show milk/product side, condenser, cooling water and pump-seal cooling.
